•  Test all smoke/fire detectors and replace batteries if necessary
•  Replace all HVAC  filters.  Operate grease caps and lubricate 
bearings, if necessary • Drain water heater to remove sediment and extend heating element life • Operate, lubricate, and tighten bolts on overhead garage door systems • Clean or replace faucet aerators • Inspect all interior / exterior lighting, Replace bulb, if needed,
over 12ft. in height • Evaluate sink, tub, shower caulking and grout for water intrusion • Seasonally adjust foundation vents • Evaluate crawl space for moisture • Evaluate fireplace, damper, and flue
• Vaccum refrigerator coil
