Exterior Maintenance Plan

• Pressure wash exterior walls of home
• Clean and evaluate all gutters and downspouts
• Evaluate roof and flashing for moss, debris build-up, infestation 
  and general condition
• Clean window weep holes to ensure proper working order
• Evaluate exterior decks, patios and awnings for necessary  maintenance
• Evaluate exterior paint and caulking (all surfaces)
• Inspect weather stripping on all exterior doors
